Shipping Policy

CHRISTCHURCH CENTRAL

  • Free delivery (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) on orders over $75 within our Christchurch delivery zone.
  • Orders placed by 2pm on delivery days will be delivered the same day. Deliveries occur between 3pm & 7pm.
  • $10 flat rate applies to orders under $75.
  • All orders within the delivery zone will be delivered in the late afternoon / early evening.
  • We will work with you to arrange contactless delivery.

 

REST OF CHRISTCHURCH

  • Orders placed by customers located outside of the Christchurch delivery zone will be shipped the same day (Monday - Friday) using NewZealand Post.

NATIONWIDE DELIVERY

  • Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) using NewZealand Post.
  • NewZealand Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days, but they report delays are occurring. Flat rate shipping fee of $10. Free shipping on orders over $75 (after discounts, before taxes).

    How much does Subscription shipping cost?

    For our Australian customers, regular shipping without tracking is included in your $25 Knobby order. For our international customers, shipping prices are displayed at the checkout.

    How much does Shop shipping cost?

     For our New Zealand customers, regular shipping with tracking is $10 for orders under $75 and free for all orders over $75. For our international customers, shipping prices are displayed at the checkout.

    Can I add tracking to my Subscription deliveries?

    Absolutely, just shoot our Support Ninjas an email and we'll add this in for your next order!

     

    When will you ship my Subscription order?

    Our Packing Ninjas can normally get your subscription order shipped out a few working days after your payment is successful! Please be patient if it’s an extra busy period!

     

    How long will my package take to arrive?

      Shop: 

      • NewZealand Post Shipping: 2 to 7 working days 
      • NewZealand Express Post Shipping: 1-3 working days to addresses within the Express Post Network
      • International Standard Post Shipping: 6-15 working days to addresses within the Express Post Network

      What about International Fees & Taxes?

      Your order will be charged in New Zealand (NZD) dollars. Because customs policies vary from country to country, international orders may be subject to local customs charges. Any customs, import duties, local taxes and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

      For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

       

      What if I move house and have a Subscription?

      Easy! Every Subscription has an associated Billing Portal where you can update your delivery address, payment information and contact details. If you don't have a link for your account, just email our Support Queens and they'll send it through to you!

      If you forget to let us know the new address before you move, and a package is sent to the old address, get in touch with our Support Queens.

      Runaway Briefs?

      We send all our deliveries through NewZealand Post! You can check for the estimated delivery time to your area and keep updated on any delays or tracking notifications through their website.

       

      RETURNED PARCEL TO MACHOCAKE HQ

      Don’t stress! If your Packages are returned to Machocake HQ for whatever reason, once we receive your parcel we’ll shoot you an email to confirm your new address and then send your runaway pair back out to you!

       

      CHANGED DELIVERY ADDRESS

      Moving house soon? Make sure to update your delivery address in your Billing portal, or send our Customer Support Queens an email with the new address ASAP so your delivery doesn’t end up at the wrong place!  If your Package does arrive at the wrong address but is returned to sender (that’s us!), we will happily forward your Package out to their new home! Unfortunately if they aren’t returned to us and we didn’t receive your new address, you’ve kindly donated this pair of Machocake swimmers to a stranger.

       

      LOST IN TRANSIT

      In the super rare case that Australia Post loses your Knobbys, send the Customer Support Queens and email, and we’ll see if we can track this down for you! You can also add Priority Shipping with Tracking to your Subscription Orders, which provides you with tracking details, faster delivery and full cover for loss and damage.
